6.5 Structure Chart

结构图表

The new structure chart, a 3-dimensional appearance system, allows evaluating process stability

and harmony between add-on parts and car body. The ratio of the various structure sizes are

evaluated - improved correlation to the visual perception.

新的结构图表是一个三维空间表示系统，用于评估生产过程的稳定性和离线部件和车身的协调性。

评估不同结构尺寸的比例——改善与视觉评估的相关性。

Scale 1: Measurement for Orange Peel

The most critical parameter is orange peel or long wave as this type of structure is most obvious to

the customer at a far distance. Therefore, first the user needs to check whether the orange peel

data is within specifications.

标尺 1 ：桔皮的度量

桔皮和或长波是对于站在远处的客户最容易观察到的典型结构的重要评估参数。因此，使用者首先

需要检查桔皮数据是否在规定范围内。

Scale 2: Longwave Coverage LC

.. The ratio between Wb and Wd. If Wb is higher than Wd, the longer waves will be covered and

the surface will appear smoother. Measurement range is from –100 to +100.

标尺 2 ：长波遮盖（LC)

.. Wb 和 Wd 的比值。如果 Wb 高于 Wd，长波被遮盖，表面显得比较平滑，测量范围从-100 到+100.

Scale 3: Wet Look WL

.. The ratio between Wd and Wc. If Wd is higher than Wc, the surface will have a "Wet

Look" from the far distance, i.e. it will look very brilliant (= far distance DOI). Measurement

Range is from –100 to +100.

标尺 3 ：湿性外观（WL)

.. Wd 和 Wc 的比值，如果 Wd 高于 Wc, 产品表面远距离看有“湿性”外观。即看上去很亮（＝远

距离的鲜映性）。测量范围从-100 到+100

Example

Up to 4 filters can be defined:

1. Filter name: Structure_DarkMetallic_Horiz

Color: Select all dark metallic colors

Check zones: Select the individual horizontal

check zones

2. Filter name: Structure_LiteMetallic_Horiz

Color: Select all lite metallic colors

Check zones: Select the individual horizontal

check zones

例如：

可以定义最多 4 个筛选条件：

1.筛选名称：结构_颜色深金属色_位置水平

颜色：选择全部深金属色

检查区域：选择特定的水平检查区域

2.筛选名称：结构_颜色浅金属色_位置水平

颜色：选择全部浅金属色

检查区域：选择特定的水平检查区域
